Few plants have a reputation as universal. Sage came from China to Europe, used since ancient times as much as a flavoring for its medicinal properties. Sage helps deliciously perfumed white meat.

Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from February to July in pots or planters to sun position and tamp the soil.
2. Transplanting: In the fall, replant the more vigorous plants still in pots.
3. Harvest: Harvest the leaves year after planting, from June to October. You can grow sage directly in your garden by planting a plant every 30 cm.
